Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State

at work ,we have a union and we have made a legal strike,after two weeks in a strike I withdraw my self in a strike and regsining from the union hand over my resignation to my HR at work,he said I will only return at work after 30 days,it was on thuesday, on monday the strike people made a violece at work,but the police didn't took them at the same tim and at that time I was at other work doining paece jobs,after a week the police came to my house at night want to arrest me,I told them that I was already resigned on the strike at that time,but they took me and say we will talk at court cause they have be giving the list of the names by HR,I got caught and speeped in the sells for one day,when we went at court the case was dismissed,we where 10,5 of us the case was dismissed and other 5 were out with a bels,so should I lay a wrongfull arrest case,what are prositures of doing it and how long that can take,how much money can I want
