Is a suspect allowed a copy of his case file/ docket before trial. I got arrested last October for possession of suspected stolen vehicle, the car was cleared and sent back to me bt my case keeps getting postponed for further investigation, and I keep payir my lawyer for appearance fee bt I dont even know what im charged of now as the car was returned to me. so can I get my case file to know what im charged of?
