Partition of Property

My father and his two brothers jointly own a few properties. Each brother owns each piece of land equally. We would like our father to have invidual ownership over the property that he is entitled to. However, the other parties involved do not wish to split the properties.

As this is a family matter we would like to resolve the matter as smoothly as possible and preferably keep things out of court.

Can you advise us what we can do legally in order to have the properties split equally?

Thank You
