Hello my name is zithulele ngcbbo . My mother past away in 2009 a single mother we were taken to kwamakhutha to live with her older sister . The property had a pipe water leak that my mother passed away getting plumbers to fix it but they all faild . So  ever since the water Hass been leaking the bill has been rising . My question is since the property is still in my mother' name and the water bill is R400 000 and the property is R500 000 + unpaid rates . As her inheritors me and my brother are unemployed and can't pay these bills plz we need you're assistants urgently is it going to sol or ?
