Hi
My antenuptial was not valued and I was told that I could change things after the divorce ? This was all incorrect ?
How can I amend this serious mistake that cost me everything . Domestic violence never mentioned in final order .nor where most of the other issues raised in plea etc ! It was all handled on set divorce date including the rule 43 it was a joke I was crying and promised things would be sorted out ? But my lawyer went to hospital and I was left with bills and empty promises !
The settlement figure was wrong by nearly 1.2 million ?
He has constantly confuse his abuse now my son has been attacked !
