Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law
category relating to Western Cape
Question value: R 100.00
I would like to inquire as to the legality of a rental contract between myself and the landlord after discovering that the propery we let is not the owners property but belonged to SANRAL. I understand that this means contract breach between SANRAL and their tenant, so I would just like to understand the validity of the contract based on the contract breach between the above parties, and the contract between myself and what we thought to be the landlord.
