I AM WORKING IN THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE INDUSTRY . HOW MANY HOURS AM I SUPPOSE TO WORK IN A DAY. ESPECIALLY IF MY DAY STARTS AS EARLY AS 3AM IN THE MORNING.BESIDES HOURS WORKED ,HOW MANY HOURS CAN THE EMPLOYER EXPECT ME TO BE ON STANDBY WHEN THERE ARE NO TRIPS. AND I HAVE COMPLETED MY DAILY 8HOURS OF WORK. IS THERE A CAP STAND BY TIME IN A DAY.
