Good morning Aloysis
Please note that due to the status of this account the client needs to settle 100% of the arrears, as this house is going on auction for the second time. The client doesn’t seem to be in a position to afford this property anymore. As per the policy the client need to settle all the arrears. Regarding the instalment the client did not miss the August payment. This year alone he has made only 4 payments and we are on the 9th months already.
The sale will only stop once the client has made a payment of R 19,169.43 plus the current instalment of R 3,607.64.

My name is Mr Tebogo Twala ID NO.7704046535084. Account no. 320885534 On the 10th September 2014 I received a letter from the attorneys informing me that my house will be auctioned on 25th of this month only because I did not pay the end of August instalment. I have tried to contact the attorneys but I failed to get hold of them, I am now frustrated as I need to know what can I do to save my property. It was not my intention to default the payment but I am willing to do anything to save my property but I need to know how much I have to pay and when?
Just to further explain reasons for my defaulting in making a payment for August 2014. I was employed by another company as area manager but their contract was cancelled on 31 August 2014 so an unfortunate thing happened I had an accident as a results the company took all my salary to fix the vehicle and also I was issued with a retrenchment letter and the retrenchment package which will only be paid by 21 September 2014 but I still feel I don’t trust they will do it. The good thing is I started working for GP retail Operations which is the company that took over from the 1 September and my pay day is on 21 of every month.
I will very much appreciate your quick response on this matter.
Yours faithful
