Good morning, my name is Lerato, my husband and I want to change our marriage agreement from in community of property to out of community of property, I want to know if can we claim from each other's pension funds for the period that we were married in community of property?

You can change your marriage regime in the high court through a court application. It is costly to do, so I hope that you have a good reason to do so. 

You can't claim from the pension fund for that period. Only if you get divorced.
