Good evening,

I trust you are well.

I would like some assistance please.

I started a job on the 24th of August 2020.

My 1st interview I was asked how much I want to earn and I showed them my previous job's salary and I was told I will be getting a little more than what I was getting. On the 2nd interview we spoke verbally with a ballpark figure and on that same day I got a contract to read through. no salary was stipulated and I signed on each page with front page left blank on salary.

I have reveived a salary for last days of August 2020 and a full month of September's 2020 salary. (including pay slip)

The salary I received for September was more than I got at previous job.

Today (9th of October 2020) I was finally asked to come and have a look at my contract that I was waiting for.

The Human resource worker explained to me she made some changes on front page where I signed on 2nd interview without informing me. (for almost two months I have been asking her for a copy of contract and I was told everytime next day or next week ..

I did not sign this contract where the HR made changes without consulting me and because I felt she committed fraud and that she had no right to downgrade my salary from last month according to my payslip.

How can Human resources change  a contract where I have signed without consulting me first?

Also she said she made a payment mistake on previous month and was not supposed to pay so much to me , but someone had to approve my salary though?

If she made a mistake, howcome she gave me my payslip? and paid salaryinto my banking account for last month?

How Can I make a stand and defend my right to my pay slip that was given to me last month without a contract?

Please help?

Kind Regards
