Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day,My name is Tenielle
Before we get too deep into this situation of mine.I dont only have one question, i have a few and i also need advice on how to go forward. Its going to take quite some time for me to explain the story-its about a small loan company-myself and my boyfriend took a loan with them. There were papers signed while being pressured and took advantage when we were desperate.did things without my permission or knowledge about it watsoever -i feel myself and my boyfriend are victims of unfair lending practices and we were put on ITC WITHOUT the rights to do so. I need to know what action i can take against them for handling this illegally,
How much will it cost for the above mentioned in a nut shell? Also may i schedule a time with you,am i only allowed to contact you here,
