Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga

I took my car to get repair after calling and personally going to the place and asking them if they will be able to help.At first the told me yes no problem they can fix it but it will take a month or so to get all the parts .So we agreed that this is in order this was in November last year about Feb this year they called me stating that they would like to see me so i went to them just to be inform that the one responsible for my car left the company and the owner told me that it will be best to fit a new engine to the car so we agreed to it and the money were payed to then.The egeament weer that my car will be done the first week in march they just inform me that my car will be done by the 10 April ever time i phone them they have a stories regarding car.The car is stripe completely by them i cant just collect my car i dont know must about card what can i do.this is in a nut shell
