Tenant stopped paying rent and utilities...

Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

Tenant stopped paying rent and utilities for a few months, eventually left and caused damages. She's been given notice of the total amount owing (she claimed she did not have a job, but she never communicated that before). She now has a job but has still not made any payment on the rent/utilities/damages due. What can I do as a landlord to claim back the amount due?
