Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
We had I problem because our Hospital was moving from our old site to the new site. then we were told that our department is not yet operational, we have to go do our work from the other hospital which is across town. With no notice at all. we were told 2 days before to go report there. and we went there and worked with out the co. financial help and it was mid month of August. The HR and Management said two weeks but it ended up being three weeks. Then we were told our new site is fully operational as in the 8th of September 2014. We should report back. after a week of work we had system problems then again there\'s was no meeting whatsoever from the Management instead staff members got letters tht they should report bk to the other hospital again to work from there. the other challange is tht now we have to report to two places. because our new site is operational as well. we have asked for a meeting from management to inform them abt our concerns as staff. which are finance, safety, Transport, working hours and condition. but up this date they failed to call the meeting to discuss our concerns instead they have been threats from the management about taking staff to DC. I would really like to know from a legal team. which steps should I take and does the management have a right to treat us like this?
