Hallo
I have a situation on hand where my mother passed away 3 July 2013.
It seems like my father has lost sight of reality and has basically GIVEN my mother's home to my brother with the house content and everything that goes with that included!
I know I'm being treated unfairly and would like to know what to do.
I am the eldest daughter (46yrs) of 2 children born to my mom and dad, but have been totally excluded from all the goings-on of the estate and what is happening!
I would like to do something to get my dad and brother to the point of realising that I need to be compensated for the benefit, at least, of my brother living in my mother's home - FOR FREE! - and having received so many other benefits from my mom having passed, not to even mention the money he is still borrowing from my dad.

Please advise urgently!
