Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

just bought a house and the estate agent told me that the tenant will be moving out tomorrow but now the agent changed her statement saying the tenant will move out next month.

I was renting and I have to move out as my contract has ended and this means I will be in the street with my family without a place to stay and I bought the house but I cant move into my new house
