Good day

I work for a company and my boss passed away a while ago.

The company is under my late bosses estate and the estate lawyer is now in control of the business.

The lawyer does not want to pay us full sallies as the business owes money on rent and suppliers, firstly is this legal?

Apparetly there is no money in the estate to help us with the debits yet the debits are a direct consiquens of his decisions since taking over control.

We are worried the company may close and when we ask for information as to what will be happening, he does not give any inforation or answer our questions.

If the company has to close its doors, are they required to give us some sort of package?
