Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Mpumalanga
I am currently busy with a case of fraud against the dealership from whome I bought my car earlier this year. To assist with the case, I am in need of the original hard copy documents which the dealer refuses to supply me with stating that I can only get a copy. Unfortunately the copy documents all contain the fraudulent info and the only way I can prove that the info is incorrect is to get the original hard copies.
Are they allowed to refuse me my request ? How can I become in possession of these documents ?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
