Hi, I'm 37yrs old mother of 3 currently working as a nurse in one of the private hospital in Cape Town originally from KwaZulu Natal. I married traditionally in 2007 before all kids were born. The father started being abusive before the birth of my last born and then abundaned us. I studied between 2012-2015. 2016 I came to Cape Town to look for better job opportunities & now has a permanent position. I recently went to apply for maintenance in there court of law, date was set bt the father of my children never pitched, another court date has been set for February next year. He recently took the children to visit him now am battling to even speak to dem. What steps can I take. I'm really sick & tired of this situation
