Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Free State
Yesterday the 05 Jan 2021 ,,I was at Odendaalsrus Correctional Services to pay a bail of my younger brother,I was told that bail payments from the day I've mentioned above I done at Odendaalsrus Magistrate Court ,,but when I arrived at court they told me that Correctional Services has not yet sent such information that payments are done at magistrate court ,so I had to go back to correctional service and pay there my day was waisted like that ..till Court Manager took my details and promise to call me when she has some information and so far so bad no call no nothing
