Hi, I was arrested for malicious damage to property. My ex boyfriend laid this charge against me and I did break his things but our relationship was toxic, things have been broken in the past, he even beat me at some point but I never reported this to the police. In the past we were able to solve things outside of court, now I feel as though he wants to spite me with this case. I am  Afraid I will not be able to find another job if I am found guilty and get a criminal record from this charge. How can I get this case dismissed? I am willing to pay for the damage I caused.
