Hi. My 15 year old son is due an inheritance from his late grandfather's (dad's father) estate, as his legal guardian, will I be able to access those funds on his behalf as his father is also late? What documents will I need to submit in order to be able to access these funds?
According to the executor of the will, I cannot have access to these funds and my son will only be able to get his portion when he is 21 years old. Is this true?
