Good day

I am Nyiko

I have been a merchandiser for the past 5 years in a very reputable company.

A few days ago I registered my profile on UIF to check if my company has registered me on the databases.

I started working for the company in December 2014 and only signed my permanent contract on July 2015.

When I check on the UIF database there is no information provided for the whole of 2015/16 yet my 2015 payslip reflects that money was deducted for 28/02/2015.

Some months do not reflect any information and some do.

Another thing, the salary the reflects on UIF database under my name is not the same as the one that reflects on my payslip.

Can you help me understand how this happends and if there are any further steps I should take regarding this matter.

Thank you in advance.
