my son was bulled psychologically by his school mate, so he told his brother who overreacted and went to the younger brother`s school and clap the buller outside the school premises.The school commitee is blaming my son for clapping that buller and dont entertain that his younger brother was bulled.they said they`ll call SGB meeting to talk about that incident that my son is a buller because he clapped that boy and he is not even one of their leaners so he has to stay 500m away from school yard,please advise legally.
