Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
My legal question is a simple one. As a legal tax paying South African should I not pay my taxes then the Reciever of Revenue has the legal right sue me, to claim my assets or put a garnishing order on my salary as me or my company has commented a crime even if hyperthticly my accountant is to blame correct?
Now my question is I must have the legal right to sue both the ANC and Eskom as due to the corruption and theft by both ANC members and Eskom Staff. My family and myself are deprived of Electricity due to load shedding. All of this because of the corruption and theft by people in ANC and staff obtaining a salary whilst been employed by Eskom. Or does government and State Owned Enterprises have different laws than normal South African citerzines?
I would like to know if I have the legal right to sue both the ANC and Eskom for the losses my family and myself have incurred.
