Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to North West
I had an accident, I was drunk and bumped into another car, 3 people in the other car suffered minor injuries, I was arrested on that Saturday afternoon and released on bail Monday morning. Both cars are damaged, the driver of the other car insists that I buy him a new car and I agreed, out of fear, seeing as it is my first offense I was scared but never did I write I anywhere that I will, now that I've come to my senses I tried to come up with a solution for us both but I feel I am being threatened or bullied into buying him a new car
