 MIWAY declined a claim a year ago in Feb on a commercial vehicle later in May 2023 the ombudsman ruled against them and asked them to pay.I need assistants in claiming for loss of income 20k a month from that my panelvan used to make, judgements on my name and my mother who got  very sick after they refused the claimed and eventually passed away on the 11th of March 2023. I owe 120k, THE BANK WANTS TO REPOSESS MY HOMES, City of Joburg account owe thousands. I LOST JOB OPPROTUNITIES BECAUSE OF THE JUDGMENT ON MY NAME.My four kids are suffering. I would like to claim for loss of income over and above the R320k they need to pay Wesbank for the stolen vehicle. my contact is 0731533903. Will you be able to assist me?
