Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal

I went to BUSINESS NETWORK for consolidation in 2002. The agreement was to pay for my store accounts which amounted to R14000. On the next month of our agreement, the same stores kept on phoning me. I then went back to BUSINESS NETWORK to give me a proof that they paid these stores so that they stop harrasing me. I did not get the proof of payment from BUSINESS NETWORK and I end up paying myself to the stores that I owed.

The problem now is that BUSINESS NETWORK used my Life Policy as a collecoral and she refuse to hand back my Life Policy or give me proof of payment. What to do to get my Life Policy back.
