Hi. My son in law was fatally stabbed to death in Alexandra township on the 26th September 2021. The perpetrator is out on bail of R1500.  We saw the prosecutor hand the docket to the perpetrators family.  Immediately after that he got bail.  How do we get him back behind bars pls. Pls help us

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.

I think what you need to do is to go speak to the senior prosecutor at the Court and explain this story to him. He needs to get the bail application back before the court!
