Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I had debt for 2019 & 2021 which l could not pay. May - Dec 2021 l could make R300 payment on some of the debt for 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances l could no longer make any payments. Today 28 Feb 2024 l received a demand for payment letter due 1 March 2024 for the amount of R 40 000
Has the debt not reached the statute of limitations ?
