i was issued with a warrant of execution against property on the 31/07. i paid the full amount that was stated on the warrant, the lawyer then told me after i paid that amount that there will be a small amount due for the lawyers fee which she sent me a sms on a number i do not use anymore. then now in February 2014. they sent me another re-issues warrant of execution with the amount i paid plus a sheriff's fee and plus a re-issue fee. the lawyer than told me to pay a amount of R4000 immediately for my goods not to be re,moved and here will be another amount outstanding to which she will sent me a sms with this amount. i do not understand why i am actually paying double the amount again to what i paid last year when i received the first issue. what should i do now or is there nthing i can do please?
