Question posted in the Malpractice Law category relating to Western Cape
A man and I had been seeing each other out all the time. Every time we saw each other out we would make out. The one time I ended up at his house going home with him . We carried on making out and I believe he had given me non verbal cues to continue so i started performing head. When I realised he maybe wasn't in to it I stopped immediately it wasn't long at all. We continued kissing for hours I never pressed the issue again and left in the morning.
