Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Hi I've applied for a phone contract am my application was declined Max Law contacted me and said they'll assist with my credit check we agreed that they will deduct money on 31st of December and the money we agreed on was R410 but yesterday on the 30th of November they deducted R710 and when I contact them they are not picking up my calls I want my money back and cancel my deal with them please help their call centre number is going straight to voicemail
