My Son of 15 year had been assaulted by an drunk adult 45 years old.

My son had been beaten with an fist,throne with stone's and had been chaged with an knife.

He protected himself and hit the adult with an golf club.

The adult came back later to the our house and kick our door down and treaten our whole family that we wil die and asulted the minors mom in their house.

We have lay charges against this adult and he also lay an charge and got an laywer to defent his case.

How should we handle the case and what should the next step be that we as parents do to assist our child 15 years
