My wife suddenly seperated from me on the 27 december and took my 1 yr old child.We agreed with her lawyer for 1 week me and 1 week her.She then changed it to every saturday and sunday 9-5 not nights spent with me .She is living with her parents then next week they suddenly change it again to every alternative week.We are still married but they are dictating when i can see child even tthough we still have equal rights.I have hhim now and fo not want to return him until they come up with a fair agreement and do have few concerns about his welfare am i within my rights as his father and we are very very close.
