Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng

guy repaired my fridge but did not do it according to the manufactures instructions , IE connected the wrong pipes , so it broke after 6 weeks , this was the compressor. I sent him a WhatsApp about it , he sent me back a voice message that he will not come back to correct the repair nor will he give me a refund. I want to post his voice message on my Facebook page and other social media , can I do this ? it it legal ? , its proof of his answer. Im not shaming him on social media , Im posting the facts , with proof , for anyone to read and make up their own mind if they would use his services. Its just can I post his voice message  ?
