Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Western Cape
How long is the term of spousal maintenance, now that she is working, do I still need to pay, she has been working all the time and have been without work for a yaer until begining of last month. Also we have been seperated for about 3 years now does she still have any right to know how is going on in my finanaces? We have a daughter together, and I do pay child maintenance every month
