Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi i want to know, my ex and i applied for a joint bond together 2011 which was approved since for us to qualify they needed both our salaries combined.
We moved in to the property Three bedroom house. The bank since from first installment has been deducting from my bank account till to this date. She moved out 2017 and the property is registered in both our names. I want her names out of the property and continue to pay for the property since she is nolonger living with me.
We were married customarily and she ended the marriage and left to buy another property,
I just need her names out of the property that i am paying for . I am married now and still i afford the property payments alone. I just need help with taking her name off the property
