Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Good day.
A Prasa/Metrorail storage building has been put up on Municipal ground behind our house. We’ve recently been experiencing excessive noise pollution from the alarm connected to this building. Today alone we have recorded this alarm going off more than 10 times between 10:00 and 13:00. The alarm is not connected to any response team so it just keeps going off, incredibly load and high pitched, on a loop. We’ve received a contact person that this can be reported to, but all calls today have been ignored.
What legal action can we take.
Thank you
