My company was contracted by a South African based multi national to set up a project in Lesotho. I paced key personell there for the last 2 years and we gave discounted rates as we were promissed equity once the project launches sucesfully.  Our contract is up for renewal next month and some of my staff have confided in me that they are being solicited by the client who is planning on not renewing our contract and employing them directly. What recourse do we have?
