Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
Good afternoon, I was wondering if you could give me some advise? I was in an accident where the driver of the other vehicle was a child who did not had either a learners nor a drivers license, and the moment of the accident the childs father called some one to take the child away from the scene! We also have a witness to the accident. Luckily no one got hurt but my car is badly damage. The driver of the other vehicle didn\'t want to cooperate with us so they send us to the police station. The police only took the accident report but no statement. What should I do from here on?
