if three cars are traveling in back to back traffic and not at a safe following distance (example the gap between each car is at least a chair space apart) and Car C accelerates slightly (moving with the flow of traffic) and knocks Car B (Which is also moving with the flow of traffic) which then proceeds to knock Car A which causes damage to Car B's Number plate an Grill and slightly scratches car B's Bumper. Is Car C liable to pay for repairs to Car B for the Grill and Number Plate as well? Since Car B was also moving with traffic and could of accelerated upon impact to the rear of the bumper.
