I have a child outside of my current relationship which I had prior. I intend to get married but I want protect the interests of my children and future with with whom I have 2 children.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of a marriage in community of property in this situation?
which marriage contract would better suit us? As we met when we both had nothing to our names and accrued everything in the relationship.
