G

Good afternoon. Kindly assist me here. My mom is in the process of buying a property that was advised on Facebook in Pinetown (kzn). We met with the seller and the lady who said she is the PA to the lawyer. The lady explained the process and gave us documents for fill and said it will take approximately 3 months for the process. 3 months later we contacted the lawyer asking about the progress, he said he can't get hold of the seller for his signature. After that conversation all of them are no longer available. Name of the law firm is Chili and associates. Name of the lawyer is Sfiso. Kindly assist us with the above matter. My mom deposited an amount of R180 000 to his trust fund account.
