Hi

I'm an HR, next year i will sing the ten year contract, i study Business management not HR...
I am worried, how much should i be paid for this, my employee said they will pay me R5000.00 and save R1000.00 every month, than after ten years i will get all the money that been saved.

I like the idea of saving but i won't be happy with R5000.00 it not enough.
do you think this is fair, should i be get that amounth as an HR?
