Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga
I just signed up with legal company to help with my credits but just saw that I can't afford to pay them on a monthly basis, the charges are too much and its a week since I signed with them, how do I cancel or terminate that contract?

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
You will need to contact them to find out if they have already applied to court.
If they have already applied to court, and if they already have a court order, then it is too late...
However, if they do not yet have a court order, then you should be able to cancel with them.
Please remember this is a dialog if you have follow-up questions please make the required deposit, then use the REPLY button and ask your further question. I would like to continue assisting you, but I need to concentrate on people who make deposits for their questions - they get serviced first!
