Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
Good Afternoon,
My Son has been arrested for Fraud he is out on Bail .
I was not aware that he Entered into Mediation with his Ex Boss.
Now he is arrested for the second time and is appearing on Tuesday for a Bail Application.
I spoke to the I/O and he said my son took money from his Ex Company to repay the Amount owing
My son is an Introvert and never discusses anything with us.
He and his Wife and Two kids aged 8 years and 6years old Resides with us .
I Am 66 years old AND HIS mOM IS 64 Years old .
I Am retired and awaiting UIF Funds his Mom receives a Pension.
We cannot afford Legal Representation .Please Help!!!
