Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng

I went into a car subscription in June i paid R14000 deposit, las month i got into a financial situation and was unable to pay. I did make a plan and paid R 5000 of my R 7399 subscription.

This month i paid the full R 7399 and cant pay the balance as im still recovering from last month. I asked them to pay the balance end of this month, now they refuse want to switch off car today and collect it on Monday. I think this is unfair as last month the car was switched off for a week and still have to pay the full amount. How do i go about this sitaution?
