Question posted in the Insurance Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi how are you? I have problem with my insurance they decline my cover after accident. When I join the insurance cover they said no tracking device is required, later I join the track I never informed them as it was my own benefit, and as they said no tracking device is required in a contract. Now after the accident they want track record of the the tracker and I deny they also declined my payment. Please say they apply popi act policy.
Please help me should I force while when I join there no required now they want to use what they don't want to assist them?
Kind regards
Yours truly
