hi,

i'm married in community of property and i filed for divorce in december 2014 and i'm still waiting for a date to appear in court, during that time i moved out of the house we were renting and left everything inside, what i want to find out is, in november 2014 i bought a car and it's my name financed by a bank which i'm still paying and i don't have another car but i left the car at the house and the wife is using the car and i don't have access to it. Is it possible to have the car taken from and have it stored somewhere safe or share the use of it between us.
